DRAFT PROTOTYPE TERMS · OCTOBER 31, 2026

Learn with clear expectations.

MicroTell is an experimental educational product for adult study. These draft terms explain the current scope and require legal review before public commercial release.

Educational use

MicroTell teaches observation, research literacy and communication. Facial and body movements are context-dependent and do not reliably establish emotion, honesty, intent, diagnosis or danger. Content is not medical, legal, forensic, tactical or other professional advice.

No professional qualification

Exercise scores and completion records reflect only performance within these materials. They do not certify FACS proficiency, establish reliable lie detection or grant professional licensure. The “Professional” path describes topic depth, not accreditation.

Prototype limitations

Illustrated movement drills are original schematics, not validated human microexpression recordings. Exposure timing is approximate. Content may contain errors or change as research is reviewed. No promises of commercial outcomes or real-world accuracy are made.

Appropriate use

Do not use the app to make consequential decisions about real people, covertly profile others, diagnose conditions, or support coercive questioning. Respect consent, privacy, media rights and applicable law. The current app does not process uploaded faces.

External resources and AI

Links to providers do not imply endorsement of all their claims. Prices and availability can change. Connected AI can make errors; review its drafts against primary sources. AI cannot publish lessons or run arbitrary code. API usage may be billed by the selected provider.

Payments and legal review

No subscriptions or checkout are active. Membership prices shown are concepts. These terms do not guarantee legal immunity and do not override mandatory consumer rights. Final operator details, governing-law decisions and commercial terms remain launch prerequisites.
