OUR PURPOSE

Better observation. Better conversations.

MicroTell is an educational prototype for learning to notice facial and body movement without overclaiming what it means.

What you can learn

Build a descriptive movement vocabulary, practice brief observations, consider context, and ask useful questions. Progress from beginner foundations through intermediate scenarios to professional-level critical study.

What the evidence says

Some recognition training improves performance on the trained task. That does not establish dependable real-world inference about emotion, deception or intent. Our lessons teach this distinction explicitly.

The research foundation

This first corpus is a targeted scoping review with scientific sources, linked claims, external training options and media-rights notes. It is not an exhaustive systematic review. Each source identifies whether full text or only an abstract was reviewed.

Where the prototype goes next

Licensed and consented human stimuli, independent expert review, accessibility testing, pilot assessment and research on retention and transfer.
